Consultant in charge of recruitment

We are seeking a trainee consultant in charge of recruitment to work in one of our divisions at Page Personnel in Brussels.
The trainee consultant would discover work in a recruitment cabinet in the frame of a six months traineeship and benefit from a rich and complete training in our recruitment techniques.

The mission of the traineeship is :

- After a training period, the intern will be able to participate in the complete recruitment procedure. This entails: selecting profiles with potential, organizing face-to-face or telephone interviews, carrying out evaluations of interviews, following up the candidates with the clients.
- Participating in different isolated missions linked to junior job forums and relations with universities and schools.

Preferred Profile :

End Studies internship only
- Student carrying out higher education studies wishing to complete a 6 months traineeship in a recruitment cabinet of international renown, with very good written and oral skills in English. Any other language is an asset, as well as a particular interest in recruitment work, human resources an communications.
- Excellent communication skills, good listening and analyzing capacities are expected.
- We are looking for a trainee who wishes to learn while being invested in a dynamic surrounding.
