Cosmetics Notification Intern

Job summary: The Cosmetics Notification Intern will be part of Obelis’ Regulatory and Notification Department, which aims at providing professional, prompt and outstanding services to Obelis clientele from all over the world; Therefore, s/he will gain professional experience in regulatory affairs & product conformity procedures under the European Cosmetics Regulation in conjunction with advanced communication & organization skills and much more.

Main activities:

Gain knowledge on the applicable legislations;
Enhance understanding on the notification procedures;
Be introduced to his/her client portfolio;
Support the completion of the CPNP notification;
Verify Cosmetic Products Information Files;
Support clients on scientific and technical regulatory questions;
Research on scientific regulatory requirements from the EU commission or EU Member States;
Actively participate and travel to profile related exhibitions
Apply if you:

Obtained a BA/MA/ degree in the relevant field (e.g., chemistry, medicine, toxicology, cosmetology or regulatory affairs, etc.);
Are fluent in English (written & oral);Any other languages are always a plus (Preference to one of the national languages of Belgium);
Are proficient with Microsoft Office;
Are energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude;
Are keen on learning and gaining real work experience;
Are able to take own initiatives and responsibilities;
NOTE: Previous internship experience in the field of Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs is an asset;
Obelis’ terms & conditions:

Location: Brussels, Belgium;
Period: 12 months, full time;
Paid internship under the Belgian Convention d ‘Immersion Professionelle;
Applicants must possess an EU citizenship or be able to work legally in the EU;
